Susan Bee is a painter, editor, and book artist living in New York City. She has a solo painting show, Criss Cross: New Paintings, up until June 29 at Accola Griefen Gallery in NYC. Bee has had six solo shows at A.I.R. Gallery. She has published many artist’s books including collaborations with Charles Bernstein, Johanna Drucker, Susan Howe, Regis Bonvicino, Jerry Rothenberg, and Jerome McGann. Her work has been reviewed in Art in America, ARTnews, The Forward, the New York Times, Art Papers, and The Brooklyn Rail. She teaches at the University of Pennsylvania and the School of Visual Arts. Bee is represented by Accola Griefen Gallery and A.I.R. Gallery in New York.
